Authors are requested to submit full papers addressing any of the topics of interest for this conference. Each paper should not exceed 10 A4-pages in length with 2cm margins all around containing: the title, authors' names and affiliation, mailing and email addresses (first page), a 200-300 words abstract, up to 5 keywords, mainbody text, figures, tables, etc., acknowledgments, and references. Please send full papers to: iskss@iss.ac.cn before the deadline. Please indicate the topic of the submission in the subject of email for efficient review and organizing.

(We adopt the template created in KSS2007 hosted by JAIST).

Only electronic submissions will be accepted. Each submitted paper will be under anonymous review by at least two referees. Accepted paper will be published by JAIST Press. Paper authors need to pay paper publication fee to ensure the paper to be included into the KSS2013 proceedings. Selected accepted papers which are presented on-site will be recommended to the following journals.

1. International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Sceince (IGI, ISKSS official journal)
2. Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering (SCI, Springer)
3. Journal of Systems Science and Complexity (SCI, Springer)

Authors of pure computer related papers can select computer-related journals recommended by NIT people.

KSS'2013 also welcome participants who are interested in sharing ideas with KSS community with no full papers.

Please send a 500-700 words abstract with the title, authors' names and affiliation, email address, up to 5 keywords, figures, tables, etc., acknowledgments and references to iskss@iss.ac.cn before the abstract deadline. Abstract will also be under review. Accpeted abstract will be arranged into the parallel sessions of KSS2013 for oral presentation. Abtract will not be included into the KSS2013 proceedings and will not be recommended to the journals directly.

Abstract author only need to pay conference fee.
